About us

Our story

Nekotan started with a simple frustration: cat litter that was dusty, heavy, and unkind to both cats and the planet. We set out to make something better — a premium tofu-based litter that is natural, low-dust, and safe for sensitive paws.

What we value

• Natural ingredients — plant-based, safe if curious cats take a nibble
• Low dust — kinder to little lungs, and yours too
• Easy cleanup — strong clumps, flushable in small amounts
• Honest quality — we test what we sell, and improve it constantly
